Not much of a story for this one. It was one of the last models that I built before taking a 6 year hiatus from the hobby in 2017. It was for a Jersey Shore MCC  theme contest. The theme was ...convertibles. I had some left over AMT road runner and GTX parts in a box, so I put this together.IMG_3710.thumb.jpg.94c3510352d66e803522c93b87d88e93.jpgIMG_3711.thumb.jpg.71eb0b50bc87152df08cb2fb3dcce99b.jpgIMG_3712.thumb.jpg.0d89dfaaaa32221dc03b4b78db4d52a2.jpgIMG_5274-vi.jpg.f5c7faf4cb9c2c1ad4b3c18274c50423.jpgIMG_8833.jpg.08ce72d9c3e8a21e3d4a0fb0b624302e.jpgIMG_8834.jpg.971ed998621e7c31cd34c4a2f08f6d81.jpgIMG_8837.jpg.665447828dd96296c1cb20f5f38740ec.jpg

I recently found some unseen photos of the car.

Very nice. Where did you get the gauges?

I made the instrument cluster. Copied a photo of the cluster and reduced it to size, printed it and cut it out. Covered it with a piece of clear acetate. Very easy to do.

Great looking model, and wonderful tip on the instrument cluster. Am I sensing a slight bias towards Mopars? :)

Who? Me? ?
