this is the new amt craftsman plus series kit it was a very nice build though I did have issues getting the screws to go in to hold the car together and the metal axels were a bit to short and a bit to narrow so I had to glue the axels in place I painted the body Tamiya ts-51 racing blue

i have a song that came out in 1970 playing in the background of the video

Beautiful as always Michelle! And I see you're getting more and more into chrome and detailing. May I suggest grabbing a 1mm Molotow pen at your local Hobby Lobby or other hobby shop, and try that for a bit. The topic of what makes the best chrome paint can be a whole topic unto itself, but I find Molotow does a nice job and the pen is fine enough to be able to capture details. Looking forward to your next build! :)

Thank you I have a ultra fine Molotow pen I got on Amazon I mainly use it to label the backs of my many 64gb and 32gb usb flash drives so I know which one is which as unlike with silver sharpie it won’t wear away after a while
I like to use the silver sharpies on models as it is a muted finish which i prefer over the more reflective mirror like finish the chrome plating on model parts and the molotow pens give as it messes with focus and the light balance of the camera since I have to use flash
