Justin Porter
Hasegawa is FINALLY taking the step with their excellent run of early 70's Celica coupes to tool up the popular LB fastback version. This should be quite the popular piece once it debuts! 3
iamsuperdan
This will sell really well for them! And there is going to be a TON of aftermarket support for that kit. Good times.

stavanzer
Love the wheels pictured! I had a good friend who was a Toyota Factory Trained Technician. He always called them Seel-ee-Ca's. Not Sure why. I miss him, and when ever I see one, I hear his voice is SeeLeeCa
Spottedlaurel
Fantastic! Looking forward to seeing what other versions they offer. The 2-door version is a very nice kit, even though it's one of their older Historic Cars now. This is only going to be better.
niteowl7710
This will ride the chassis/drivetrain of the original "notch back" 1970 Celica (2003 tooling) with a new body and interior for the Lift Back body style. Something that's been desperately needed forever and a day since the only alternative is the Aoshima kit which was tooled up in 1982 and shows every bit of it's over simplified motorized age at this point. RomanII
Thank you for sharing this information. Do you know of online sources for additional Nuremberg 2024 announcements? I've looked and haven't come up with anything.

Do you know of online sources for additional Nuremberg 2024 announcements? I've looked and haven't come up with anything. The IPMS Germany page has some photos of a few of the booths, but they really didn't do a huge photo spread like they have in past years. There's only one picture at the Heller booth and it's of a random kit that's been around almost as long as Heller has been. So unless manufacturers upload their own, I'm not sure we'll see much as the Toy Faire is an industry show and isn't open to the public. This particular Hasegawa kit was just part of their monthly kit pre-orders, nothing to do with the Nuremberg show.
