Just completed my 1969 Nascar Championship winning Ford Talladega driven by David Pearson to his 3rd Championship. Polar Lights kit, Tamiya Gold, Scale Finishes Acapulco Blue, Powerslide Decals, PPP resin tires.

Thanks. I had to modify the upright hoop to move them out and under the main underwood hoop to have room for the 429

Jason, this is one of your best ever. Super clean work and that blue is vibrant and looks perfect as well as the gold. Both are really hard metallics to shoot and receive this kind of result. You should be super proud of this one as well as all of your other builds.

Outstanding build. The colors are just right, decals too. IMO he was better than Petty, as he only ran partial schedules, Petty rarely missed a race.

Jason, love your model!  Great to show your skills and what this kit can produce!  Not many Torino models that look the part, this is inspiring as well as I have the PL kit and an AMT on the top shelf ready to combine for a build.
