mk11 Posted March 28, 2024 Posted March 28, 2024 They could be ordered with all the variations Ford had... 2
Chuck Most Posted March 28, 2024 Posted March 28, 2024 Just like with the F250 4x4 version, I beat Moebius to it. ? I'll definitely be getting a couple anyway. ? 6
1972coronet Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 With the announcement of the M-Series of The Great White North : how's about some Acadians , Beaumonts, and the 1971-1972 Swinger Special 340 , eh ? 2
stavanzer Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 Can you please make sure it has 4 or 5 sets of Canadian License Plates? Some Saskatchewan plates would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 1

stavanzer Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 You are correct, John. Those are great plates too.
Chuck Most Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 I have no idea if they're still available or how easy/difficult they are to find, but Watermark Decals used to do a really nice set of Canadian plates. Every province, plus there were plates with the characters printed on the plate and several blank plates and a whole bunch of characters to make your own combination. The Quebec plate on my '68 Mercury came from that sheet.

I have a couple of the Canadian Police Car sheets they did, but there was never follow up production to anything after that. Edited March 29, 2024 by niteowl7710 1

kelson Posted March 30, 2024 Posted March 30, 2024 I know that best Model Car Parts on Ebay sells Canadian plates from the 50's to the late 70's,not sure they can be used on trucks,i used a set on a 63'Nova i'm building. 1
64Comet404 Posted March 30, 2024 Posted March 30, 2024 There's a really good set of Quebec plates available from BonLey Decals. I don't know if they are still in business, but I hope so; never picked up their more recent era of plate stickers.
stavanzer Posted March 30, 2024 Posted March 30, 2024 Well, I'm wanting Saskatchewan plates. I'll start looking for those. I know Hank Yarbo drove a Ford, but maybe he had a Mercury before he got the Ford. That's my story, anyways! ?
Jim B Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 found these on Zoom On Models: ZD164 Canada License plates | zoomonmodel They are currently out of stock, though. 2

Jim B Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 Since the default currency is HKD, I'm going to guess Hong Kong.
ColonelKrypton Posted April 6, 2024 Posted April 6, 2024 I was thinking the same thing. Odd thing thou, a Hong Kong online seller having Canadian - Ontario licence plates. That was the only thing I was interested in and they are all sold out. cheers, Graham
Richard Bartrop Posted April 7, 2024 Posted April 7, 2024 Neat! Now they just have to come out with a Monarch, and a Meteor.

iamsuperdan Posted April 8, 2024 Posted April 8, 2024 https://www.acme.com/licensemaker/ I use this to make my own plates. The font isn't 100% accurate, but at 1/25 scale, I think it works just fine.
