Outstanding Mustang Donald, my neighbor up the street had one of those a few years back found it sitting in a field and when he first saw it he couldn't believe what he was seeing so he tracked down the owner and the rest is history as they say, he restored it into a beautiful car then something else tickled his fancy, so he sold it.

Thank You. Sadly, been there. I let mine go quite a long time ago to buy another 1966 Convertible, not the one I currently have. I wish I hadn't sold it. I have learned my lesson and two of the 1966 Mustangs I have now I have had for about 25 years or so. These two I will die with. They were both built on Dec. 1, 1965, ten cars apart. I was born Dec. 11, 1965, ten days later. :D I have already built scale models of them as well as the other 3 in the family.

Your GT/CS turned out BITCHEN, Donald! Every 1:1 version of this car I've ever seen in LimeGold had white stripes. Your black stripes look much better...

Interesting, I have only seen the black. Other than mine I am not sure how many others I have seen in person in Lime Gold though. :D
Searching reference on Google seemed to be fairly even split, but I do like the black on Lime best.

Beautiful job. It looks like the one I saw in 1977 at a San Diego naval base.

Thank You!
