Looking for someone who sells tuck and roll interiors or seats or both.  Ed fluck does not do any interiors anymore..

Not sure of exactly what you are looking for but I know Norm at Replicas and Miniatures of Maryland did have a number of interior pieces available in tuck and roll.  You might want to check there.

I have used sheets of plastic from Plastruct that represent O scale corrugated siding. The sheet is 7" by 12" and thin enough to bend easily. Their part number is #91519 and I would think any hobby shop that caters to scale trains would have or could get it for you.

have you got avehicle in mind? if its pre war the revell48 custom might give you suitable seats and for 49 and later the amt 3in1 studebaker has some but they are a little narrow for later cars. the replicas and miniatures revell 40 ford interior is nice and can be fitted to the 1/24 revell kits too

Are the pleats permanent, or do they swell or relax in time? If not, this is a great idea.?

I thought about that and I don't know. This video recommends that you heat it up, maybe that will make it stay. It would also be very easy to design a stamp like this and get it printed on shapways, or print it yourself.

But you could also do it like this.
