Few days ago I finish this one. I uses the Revell kit, this time of the 2 door Land Rover the "commercial" one. I went with this kit because on the photos the engine appeared to be a 4 cyl turbo diesel. In reality was not. Was a mish mash of parts on a 6 cyl. I even contacted Revell, and they said that was a 4 cyl... I converted to a 4 cyl diesel. Since this series never had a turbo. Other than that everything went smooth.

Very well done.  Great weathering, and nice engine conversion.

I had to ask a lot of people about the engine, because even the Santana did not have this model. Likely the conversion was a easy fix. Thank you James!

Model looks fantastic, and after a brief Google search, I know way more about Fred Dinbah than I did when I woke up this morning.

That's what started me building the red one. Stumble one of Fred video and fell in love with the man! Than kyou Chuck!

Update on the two Land Rover, now they are in their new forever home in the UK. Couldn't ask a better place for them. The night before delivery.

Like your second Dibnah Land Rover. Quite a contrast to your fire one.

Hopefully they may get displayed somewhere by their new UK owner this side of the pond.
