This kit was given to me by a good friend (Roger S.) and I was setting here thinking of what I could do with it to make a really kewl build.  A Pro Street seemed like a pretty good fit since I had some wheels & tires from an M2 kit.  I did a rough cut on the bed floor to get these big ole meats to fit.  I also cut out a lot of the plastic in the engine bay area to get the wheels & tires to come up as high as possible.  Not sure if I'm going to make this one curbside or stick a Big ole nasty engine in it.

But that's my Hemi...

Haha....you are correct sir, it is.  I've looked at so many engines I guess I got side tracked on what I was looking at.  Correction has been made.

Nice Start!

I remember being thrown out of the bed of a '60 F1 after being rear ended back in the '70s.

Yeah, that's doesn't sound good.  Everybody rode in the back of a pickup back in the day right.

Good looking pickup.  That's a good looking Hemi in the business end.

Being a Ford, maybe a blown Cammer engine?

I hear ya David.  It's still early in the game on this one so I have plenty of time to make up my mind.  The 57 Ford Ranch Wagon has priority on the bench.

I'll enjoy watching them both.

Needs a super charged engine for sure Bob.

Nothing wrong with doing a curbside with an engine, you would have seen a few of mine like that.

Thanks Luke.  I'm on the hunt for what might strike my fancy for a power plant for the business end.

Well fellows, I decided to build the engine that came in the Revell 41 Willy's Competition Coupe (1963 Version) but this is not a very good looking engine IMO.  I'm not sure what size engine this is but at one point they were running a blown 467 Oldsmobile engine.  I'm currently doing some paint work on my 1:1 1949 Chevy pickup Restomod so bench time is limited.

That’s a hell of a finish on your 1:1 - lots of care went into polishing that out!
