The Peerless GT Phase 1 was build from 1957 until July 1959. Nearly 250 Phase 1 were build when a facelift  with  over 20 small and not so small improvements were incorporated in to the design of the new Phase 2’s in July 1959. Most of these changes are not visible but a revised frontal design resulted in the headlamps being partially recessed into the fenders and a conventional non chromed grill replacing the “P” emblem that adorned the air intake of earlier cars. On the hood a single fairing  replaced the previous “double-hump”.

It wasn't an easy task to for me to decide who had sent the correct answer because most of the answer were Peerless GT. some said 1958, some 1959 some 1958 - 1961.

So who gets a highly recommend for the correct answer

Yes but do you know which years it isn't and where it wasn't made?

They were built in my old home town. I remember the showroom and factory.
