Rbray47 Posted December 21, 2024 Posted December 21, 2024 This started out as the Amt Alaskan Hauler kit. I shortened it about a foot, used the tilting hood, and made the grill guard fold. The engine is a 6V71 cut down from the V8 in the Amt Peterbilt 359 kit. Rear Budds are from ST Supply. I made the trailer from styrene and parts from an Amt/Imc trailer that was badly warped. 8

BK9300 Posted December 24, 2024 Posted December 24, 2024 The paint lines on your builds are always so crisp - great attention to detail! Another quality build.
Jürgen M. Posted December 25, 2024 Posted December 25, 2024 Looks terrific! Never seen a single axle log trailer before! Not that I've seen that many in North America but they all had twin or tri axle trailers! Looks really cool!
