RodBurNeR Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 This is one of my many favorite box art's. I built this from a different version of the kit which is pictured below. I will get a box sometime to display next to. For now, here is a decent image to go by and I hope you enjoy! I built this over the weekend, it's painted even though it was molded in black and is clear coated. I used Gooche decals. more pics here... http://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc...32-ford-vicky-/ This is the kit I used..

That's the way box art models should look, and I'm sure that was the intent of the original AMT Corporation way back in the day. That box art looks like something I would have posted on Modelcarlist a few years ago. I have an original kit, believe it or don't.
Bernard Kron Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 A really nice, no b.s. Old Skool build. You nailed the box art absolutely and I agree that that is no doubt how AMT intended it. Verrrry cool!
george 53 Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 Yep Bob, you sure nailed it! Looks GREAT, jus like it should!
noname Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 Looks proper. You did a great job. I have a 32 I'm just about done that looks kind of similar.

mr moto Posted May 5, 2009 Posted May 5, 2009 That is SWEET! Box art or not box art doesn't matter - it's just plain sweet! I have a real soft spot for '32 Vickies and that's one of the nicest I've seen.
