Stuck Fingers Posted March 14 Posted March 14 I’m wondering if anyone knows of a source to find semi-truck style wheels (22”) with low profile tires. I’ve seen stuff like that on pickup trucks and would like to incorporate them on a build I am contemplating. I’ve tried Google, but can’t find what I’m looking for. I’ve added a couple pictures of 1:1 trucks, because a picture paints a 1000 words. Thanks ps-I hope I’ve done the pictures correctly 🤞

stitchdup Posted March 15 Posted March 15 do you have accessto a 3d printer? theres plenty files on cults. i have a couple of sets and they print good
JollySipper Posted March 15 Posted March 15 They're not oversized, but would look large on a pickup....... https://www.modelroundup.com/Big-Rig-Wheel-and-Tire-Set-p/moe-1010.htm You could order a set of these and then just find a set of Pegasus tires to fit!
MeatMan Posted March 15 Posted March 15 3D Scale Parts have different semi-style wheels you may like. https://www.3dscaleparts.com/1-25
Stuck Fingers Posted March 15 Author Posted March 15 Thank you guys, I knew you would have the answers! I took a look at the suggestions and I think the suggestion SpeedAndViolence gave is the direction I’m going to take. I obviously didn’t use the right search terms on Google, but when I used his, a great set turned up on Etsy. Thanks again! 1
oldcarfan Posted March 18 Posted March 18 Would something like this work? They a few different styles. Don't know anything about the company but they've been around a while. https://trailertrashkustomz.bigcartel.com/category/dually-wheels https://trailertrashkustomz.bigcartel.com/product/23-low-profile-dually-tires
Bugatti Fan Posted March 18 Posted March 18 Good suggestions already made. Another avenue might be look at plated wheels on toy cars that might be suitable.
bobss396 Posted March 18 Posted March 18 I see them on eBay, do not recall who the vendor was. They should be easy enough to find.
