meechum68 Posted June 2 Posted June 2 This was another fun kit. I didn't take any engine bay pics but it's a throwback to the weekend I-6 daul carb racer, yet good enough to drive daily. I have been a sucker for the 2 tone paint of the 50's and this was my first go. I learned a lot with this. On all 3 of my posts, the start to finish build time was roughly 8 years. Life has a way.... 10

Rattlecan Dan Posted June 2 Posted June 2 Looks cool. It's a nice build. Think you should finish the trim. 1

Greasefinger Posted June 4 Posted June 4 (edited) Nice, clean build. Great color choice, may I ask which color is that, makes it authentic 50’s look. Is this a Monogram kit? I should search for one. Edited June 4 by Greasefinger 1
meechum68 Posted June 5 Author Posted June 5 I will have to dig in my paint to find the body color, but the roof is Gunmetal by Tamiya, and IRC the body is Testors Turquoise.
