Dragline Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Original issue that was started almost immediately. Then I decided no stripe, since that would have been a nightmare. Then I blacked out a bunch of items. I was going for box stock at the time. I was kind of fantatical about OOB builds for a while. High detail had worn me out with all the drag cars I had been building. I needed a break and this came along at the right time. Fathom green from Testors I believe. Tan interior. At this time I was a kit builder. I still am in many respects. This sat in the box for 12 years at least. It needs a few items, but I had it on the bench so I shot it as is. 12
Coyote_6 Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago So retro! Very cool. And very convincing, especially grill and headlights. Do you wash the headlights with black? They look super good! Steve 1
espo Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago Great paint finish and clean body trim. Like the engine detailing and the interior. 1

karbuildr Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Very well done build. Fathom Green is a unique color. Very nice detailing, not the easiest kit to build. 1
STU111 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago This looks awesome! Good call on the stripe delete, looks better without them. top notch. 👍🏻
ncbuckeye67 Posted 13 minutes ago Posted 13 minutes ago That looks amazing! Fathom Green is my favorite GM color. I saw a fully restored 69 at a car show, painted that color.
