Flames With A Grinder?

I watch this youtuber named Tom, his channel is Tomsreferb, pretty cool guy. He just posted about grinding frames into his 66 mustang. What do you guys think about that?

The only reason I watched it is because most of the guys other cars are cool. He has a really cool 65 mustang called 8 ball. To be honest, this car was cool before this.

Funny thing is that the subject line of this thread states "Frames" not "Flames". I looked in because I was curious about FRAMES being modified with a grinder, and all I see is some yahoo with extremely silly ideas. No, I didn't watch the video.  The video's still image here clearly showed me all I needed to know.

Another case of "content creators" doing something for shock value. While I'll give him credit for being able to artistically control the tool,it's long format click bait. More money than brains. I think this would be fine on a demolition derby car, not a decent looking mustang. Sad.

he's not the first. theres a 59 chevy with 3d flames but i think this guy is trying to copy the kuhl racing cars with the engraved paintjobs

Both of these are perfect examples of craftsmanship as well as works of art. Beautiful 👍👍

Same idea I guess but done right with some true artistry in design. Not what I would do to my personal car, but you have to appreciate this style of artwork.
