WheelsAreEverything Posted Saturday at 01:05 AM Posted Saturday at 01:05 AM I finished this some time ago and it's one of my favorite builds. It's the Jo-Han '70 442 kit with some PE parts, Cutlass wheel covers from Fireball Modelworks and tires from Modelhaus. I used PE hood grills meant for a C2 Corvette that looked close to the Cutlass front grill pieces. I didn't do much to transform the interior so it's pretty much the 442 stuff, but I did find a similar looking steering wheel from a '69 442 kit. I think the side mirror came from that kit too. This model was built as a kind of tribute to my father's car that I learned to drive on. It was light metallic blue when new, but in the later 70s he had it repainted to a nice darker blue, which is how I remember it and the color I was going for on this model. 16
