This is a MG X Power SV or SV-R. In 2003 MG X Power started the production of the SV or SV-R. A Quale Mangusta platform was the base for this car. The main differences between the SV and SV-R are the the engine. A 320 HP 4.6l Ford V8 was used in the SV while a 385 HP 5.0l Ford V8 was used in the SV-R. Some SV-R had a bigger rear spoiler installed.

Another oddity. Those silver "gills" on the front fenders are a bit much for me.
