R. Thorne Posted October 19 Posted October 19 Built using the Moebius Dave Strickler kit and a Fremont Rosins body. Not the best turnout, but suitable for the shelf and I learned a little about resin bodies. I had paint problems, made windshields from clear .005” styrene, but messed up the installation, sits too high, etc. This car was run in the mid sixties out of Fulton, Ky. and was a stripped down version. Further details and pics in the WIP section. Comments, criticisms, questions, are always welcomed. 7
bisc63 Posted October 19 Posted October 19 Love that engine bay! Nicely done, and looks right for the time.
Mike 1017 Posted October 19 Posted October 19 Very very nice. The 1:1 front suspension must not move at all. That front tire would be shredded with 1 inch of travel
Hemifever Posted October 22 Posted October 22 You always pick some great subjects to build and this is a great one. Nice work. I always enjoy your builds.
R. Thorne Posted October 22 Author Posted October 22 Thank you, gentlemen. Not my best work, but learned the value of assembling everything before paint. Especially with aftermarket resin bodies. These Mopars (awb and stock) are definitely addictive.
R. Thorne Posted yesterday at 02:25 AM Author Posted yesterday at 02:25 AM Thanks, Carl. Have a good day.
