Lownslow Posted Tuesday at 07:29 AM Posted Tuesday at 07:29 AM Not my best build but had the most interesting time building it. Originally for a 80s build off I lost the motivation because I just wasnt feeling the 16" wheel size and I knew 17 wasn't gonna be any better so I dropped off the build off and tried to salvage the build. Switched the wheels from 16" to 18" one offs, by then I had my laser dialed down so I made custom subwoofer covers to match the wheels theme, it was still missing something so I cut my own lowrider plaque. The kit itself? Build it really slow it's finicky with the glass at the end. 9

Revell of germany kit but honestly its nothing worth raving about because the pillars were virtually bent in all 3 purchases i made
Bugatti Fan Posted Thursday at 09:50 AM Posted Thursday at 09:50 AM (edited) Thanks for the info Frank. A pity about the pillars. Back in the 70's my boss owned one of them so I was quite interested to see a kit of one after all this time. Edited Thursday at 05:23 PM by Bugatti Fan
Jim Whalen Posted Thursday at 08:57 PM Posted Thursday at 08:57 PM You have definitely got a different vibe going with the wheels and speaker grilles. It's interesting to hear what you said about the pillars - mine was fine. What I find troublesome with these Revell kits is getting the engine cover to fit properly - not just with the Targa but the coupe as well.
