johnyrotten Posted Wednesday at 05:45 PM Posted Wednesday at 05:45 PM Is that a control arm used as a mount for one of the turbo's on the left side?
Ace-Garageguy Posted Wednesday at 05:49 PM Posted Wednesday at 05:49 PM I've seen some stupid stuff, but that multi-turbo setup might get the first-place award. 1
iamsuperdan Posted Wednesday at 06:55 PM Posted Wednesday at 06:55 PM Well, they're not stupid builds, but we've partnered with Yakima and have two of our trucks featured at SEMA this year. Unfortunately, I am not in attendance. This is our Ford F250 XL with our AT40 package. We have our rear 4-link suspension with air bags, body mods, electronic CTIS, and 40" tire package. We also figured we'd make it something special, so we turned this into a regular cab shortbox Super Duty. Truck is for sale if anyone is interested. And this is our new 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser AT37 package. Two inch suspension lift with R53 shocks, relocated the rear axle, body mods, and 37" tires. This is the first one in North America, and is sold. But if anyone wants one, I can help! 4

They look like they're intended to be functional. However...I don't know much about rigs like this. What are the big flat tent-like things for?

The big flat things are awnings. Perfect for staying dry while camping. And in the past, I've actually spec'd these on service bodies, so that when working the mechanics have somewhere dry. Either to work under or just...be dry for a bit. 1
