Started to do this one as Nash Bridges car but dont like the all yellow frontend. So I did it with Argent grille and chrome bumper. Didnt try to fix the ugly seams on front fenders where pan attaches, so I took the pics from angles that wont show it. OOB build with plug wires and my own special treatment for doing Mopar rally wheels that improve them alot IMO. Paint is Valspar bumblebee yellow and it took MONTHS to dry. Did a not so good job on the fender gills. Anyway, on to the pics.

Oh yeah, I shortened the too long stalks that the road lights are mounted on also.

lack of underhood detail is one of the biggest letdowns of this kit as well as all the 1/24 Revell Mopars from old Monogram tooling.

My son built that kit and had a huge amount of issue with hood clearance w/the shaker scoop. From what I could see he'd done nothing wrong, the engine was just too tall. Did you have the same issue? If so how did you resolve it?

Yeah, I had the same issue. Ended up grinding the ###### out of the bottom of the shaker with a dremel and gluing it to the hood. These were not very well engineered kits and I dont plan on building another one. The exhaust tips are too small, the front valence fit is awful and the headlights are too far apart. (not to mention the molded in exhaust system). But after its all said and done, it looks like a 71 Cuda. Revell would have a real hit with a new tool, accurate one of these I think.

Great job on a kit that leaves a bit to be desired in the accuracy department. I saw one with extensive mods made to the grille and headlight area to give it a more realistic appearance a while back, but I can't remember where. There was a ton of work put into it but the end results really gave the car a much more accurate look.

The Shaker scoop clearance is an issue with this kit. Anyone I know who has tried to build the ragtop version of this kit has run into problems with hood clearance as well as other fit issues with the body. I don't really understand why either because the body is pretty much the same as the old Cuda body minus the roof. B)

Any Mopar in a High Impact color is a sweet car, but the bright yellow is one you don't see much of. Your clean building style and execution of this Mopar really makes it stand out. Great job!!! ;)

They all look great, but I noticed none of them have the correct rallye dash board in them. All of them have the std dash boards.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I didnt blank out the state Jay, its just obscured by shadow. The pics were taken in very harsh morning sunlight. I like taking pics in this light because it makes the chrome really sparkle and it hides some of the flaws in my building  . I dont doctor my pics at all except for cropping.
