Harry P. Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Ok, gang... real or model? As usual, if you know where the photo is from, don't tell! The answer: MODEL!
lonewolf01 Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 good mornin harry,ok lets see if this coffee works. i say large scale model

george 53 Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Munch, munch, gulp. OK,OK, I'm here! Bout time you showed up! I HATE Quiesh, keesh, or whatever it's called, but If I'm hungry, I'll eat jus about ANYTHING!!! I gotta agree witcha there Wolfman, I think it's a larger scale model too!
Guest promodmerc Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 I'm saying real. This cars always mess me up so I'm probably wrong but I went with my gut instinct.
FujimiLover Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Boy, I'm stumped on this one. Will have to give it a few day's.
plasticgas Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Too many small details......gotta be real! Those wheels have adjusters for each spoke. The thickness of the louvers is screaming real, as are the latches on the hood. The only thing that bugs me is the lug nuts on the knockoffs. (?) I know it doesn't matter, but the power cords to the lights in the background also look real.
FujimiLover Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 I don't see tire-compression that you normally see on real cars. Then again, could've been freshly inflated.
ABC Auto Industry Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Definitely real, going by the lighting and all.
FujimiLover Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 While the lighting and background say real, the body lines don't look deep enough. I'll say it's a very big real model.
old-hermit Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 (edited) The wrinkles in the carpet scream real. Edited September 28, 2009 by old-hermit
gbdolfans Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Hi Harry, I went with real on this one.Something about the lighting, and, something about the steering wheel.
FujimiLover Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 Sidewall letters.....real I think both Fujimi and Aoshima do sidewall lettering as well so I wouldn't go by that!
Custom Hearse Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 The tires look too kit like... I'll say model.
Joe Handley Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 I'm going to say real, don't know if it's the actual car or if it's a clone, but it certanly looks "real" to me....maybe sitting in a museum on display too.
Scott H. Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 Could go either way. I voted real on this one. -Scott H.
Guest Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 I don't see tire-compression that you normally see on real cars. Then again, could've been freshly inflated. Look closer at the fron. I see it. I'm saying real on this one.
oldskoolmini Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 the louvers are open and the body gaps are uneven and the seat looks as if the fabric is real. si I say REAL.
