Barticus4 Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 Hi guys just thought I would post my latest diorama A broken down Stag waiting for a tow home!! Thanks Ben.
george 53 Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 Jeeze Ben, these rascals just get better'n better! Looks GREAT. The side glass is a little thick, but then again, it COULD be bullet-proof! jus kiddin! Came out REAL NICE!!!!
Eshaver Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 Heck , I see why it broke down ! You were using a Clymer brand repair manual ! I have to tell ya'all they be some of the worst , most useless books I've ever laid eyes on ! Since they were at one time the only thing I could get to diagnose a Chrysler Van , I thought I would nearly lose ever hair in muh head. Luckily for me a fellow Chryler person came to my aide as the so called repair manual was only good for changing the oil ! Ed Shaver
bob29579 Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 Amazing. You do some really good stuff. Greg.
coopdad Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Excellent job! I have a Spitfire so the scene looks pretty familiar. Where in the world did you find a Stag model? John
Barticus4 Posted October 27, 2009 Author Posted October 27, 2009 Hi Guys thanks for the comments Hi Ed its actually a Haynes manual not sure if you get them in the states? but to be honest these are petty usless too!! Sixties Sam Posted December 14, 2009 Posted December 14, 2009 (edited) Good work! It looks realistic. Lots of neat details in a small space. I'm thinking that car might get towed to the junkyard! Edited December 14, 2009 by Sixties Sam
charlie8575 Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 Who made the Stag model? Nice job with the dio. Charlie Larkin
Harry P. Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 I can see why the car needs to be towed... it has no ignition wires! Just kidding... your weathering looks great, the rust is incredibly realistic. Nice work!
FordWagonNut Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 This is really cool, great job! Where did you get the Stag? I have NEVER seen one before as a model.
