Smart-Resins Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 LOL. Thats too funny. I doubt the police will give him a citation because they are too busy laughing thier butts off. I am sure the insurance will not be pleased to fix or replace the car. LOL. Not a good day for him! LOL. Maybe he should have been driving a SMART car instead. ROFLMBO!! Jody

James Flowers Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 If I had a car like that ,I sure would not be on a cell phone. If I were the insurance company I would not pay Him a dime.

The Bird part of the story isn't going "wash" as the Event was caught on Video! Just wander down to the lower part of this Story that includes still water impact images. http://features.csmonitor.com/innovation/2...facebook/#right Ed Well... Now they have proof that he made a splash in the world! True though Ed, I don't see a pelican...
Smart-Resins Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 Well, I see no pelican, or any other bird for that matter! I do not even see a harsh veering like he is trying to avoid something. Just a simple slight veer off the road like he tried to get his cell phone and made a million and a half dollar splash in the world. LOL. Jody
B-dub Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 If I had a car like that I wouldn't have time for a cellphone I'd be too into driving that beast... then again he was probably texting "Oh I'm so awesome I'm in a veyron woo...." -splash- funny thing is .. that car was sold about an hour away from me
JayC Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 I read about this. It would sure suck to be the owner. There is now video of the poor car getting pulled out of the drink.

Just a knob who sank a million dollar car.....
Smart-Resins Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 I think I can say only one good thing here. he did not sink the Titanic!! LOL. Jody
Custom Hearse Posted November 14, 2009 Author Posted November 14, 2009 I think I can say only one good thing here. he did not sink the Titanic!! LOL. Jody But in comparison of 1912 prices for large ocean liner, and today's prices for a Bugatti, it probably would've been cheaper to sink the Titanic...
Joe Handley Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 I read somewhere that this car went over some rip rap before and or during that slashdown too......that had to tear the snot out of that car's underbelly

Smart-Resins Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 "He repairs wrecked exotics." Alright two things come to my mind. Either A, his business/hobby is going too slow and he needed something new to work on. Or B, he works on wrecked exotics because he wrecks them all? ROFLMBO!! Jody
Harold Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 Man, it's so &^%$ hard to find a good valet nowadays.....

Custom Hearse Posted November 18, 2009 Author Posted November 18, 2009 The internet is awesome. Pelican Repellent For Sale Wonder if the two mellow dudes w/the camera will get on Leno or Letterman for their 25 seconds of fame? $2,000.00 compared to $1.7 mil... Too bad he didn't buy it before... Of course they will Bob! And since Leno is such a big car guy, he'll have a chance to embarrass them for calling it a "Lambo"...
Modelmartin Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 $2,000.00 compared to $1.7 mil... Too bad he didn't buy it before... Decimal point!!! The faux ad for the faux repellent said $2,000,000. That is 2 million.
Custom Hearse Posted November 18, 2009 Author Posted November 18, 2009 Decimal point!!! The faux ad for the faux repellent said $2,000,000. That is 2 million. Okay... So I'm asleep at the switch...
Zoom Zoom Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Okay... So I'm asleep at the switch... Careful, that's almost as grievous as calling a Bugatti a Lambo
