Terror Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 I should have bought this kit it looks nice.Does it come with wood grain decals?I like the rims.Your doing this kit some justice, man.Great paint work.
Custom Hearse Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 Very nice! What did you use for the wood? Looking forward to more!
tim boyd Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 Driver,,,,those wood panels are WAY sharp....TIM BOYD
cruz Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 Very cool, I did the same thing to the Speed Wagon from Revell years ago, looks much better than the decals in the kit. The only difference with mine is that I actually removed the plastic panels entirely, a lot more work but I liked it, by the look of your build I am seeing that there was no need for that, even though the reason I did it on mine was to make sure that the panels had some depth to them.... Also love the color combo you chose, I think it will be a great model when done!!
Jeepster25 Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 Great job so far! I can't wait to see it finished.
MADmodelDOCTOR Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 I'm in 100% agreement with everything said above... later,
Modlbldr Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 Driver- That is a beautiful job. I like the idea of the wood. What is the lighter color used on the plastic "wood"? I'll be watching this one. Later-

Driver Posted November 20, 2014 Author Posted November 20, 2014 Hello. Sorry for the delay. The car has long been ready. Chasiss: And the finished scalemodel.
oldnslow Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 The detail looks great, I'm working on a similar project but with the Monogram sedan delivery as the basis. Do you have any pics of the details you did on the engine? It looks perfect for what I'm thinking of for my wagon.
