Inspiration came from a car featured in Rod & Custom Magazine...

chopped windscreen and removed the top from the speedwagon

used the Hemi from the 5-window 32 ford

induction/exhaust provided by Replicas & Miniatures of Maryland

wheels/tires from Revell's 36 Ford Convertible re-issue

interior is Color by Boyd "Dusty Rose Pearl" covered with a Testors Semigloss clearcoat

exterior is a homebrewed mixture of decanted Tamiya Spray paints, a lil' purple mixed with a lil' blue

woodgrain is from the speedwagon decal sheet

Yep, I seem to hang onto my '32 Fords, I've got a couple more in the planning stages

I've tried to sell a few on eBay, but just doesn't seem to be a market for'em...weird, heh!

I can make lunch on Monday or Tuesday next week...

Looks cool nice detail and nice paint job looks like the real thing.

I saw that car i a magazine and thought it would be cool as a model

been trying to build it out of a 1929 cowl and wood can not get it right.

Very very nice indeed.

I'd love to own a real one just like your model, but at my age........
