Guest Johnny Posted July 16, 2010 Posted July 16, 2010 At 6:05 this morning while getting our breakfast and packing her lunch for work my wife of almost 40 years (July 30th) suffered a stroke. All the tests to pinpint the cause so far have come back zip. She is showing signs of recovery can move all her limbs with only some left side weakness but has lost most of her ability to speak. My worryis not knowing the cause because that leaves us with no idea if this will happen again. A lot more tests tomorrow but the Doctors all concede that they probably will not find a direct cause. So all the prayers we can get the better. I don't know if I could survive without her.

Hawk312 Posted July 16, 2010 Posted July 16, 2010 I would be lying if I said I could fully understand what you are going through. I`ve only been married a short time compared to you, and I know I would be struggling a lot if I was in your situation. I am praying for both you and your wife.
