BHarrison Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 I just completed this one. I had posted some in progress pics in the workbench section a while back. It an old Johan Kit with some subtle body mods, scratchbuilt billet grille, MV Lenses and an updated interior. Pegasus Hellas wheels and machined Gas Cap. Color is Testors Laquer Phoenisian Yellow and Olive Interior.

Marc @ MPC Motorsports Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Very cool, Bryan. I bought one of these after you posted your first progress pics. Looks like I'm not the only one that likes MV Lenses.

Guest Johnny Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 That is a model that alway cried out "customize me"! You have done a excellent job on that little Lark drop top!
Raul_Perez Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 That's a very nice, clean build, Bryan!! Thanks for sharing,
Ryan S. Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 That's a sweet looking ride you got there. Great color choices and the wheels really set it off and give it some muscle. Well done!
DRG Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Don't laugh but I actually had one of those when I was 16. Mine was a hardtop though. Didn't look quite that good either. great job.
Jim Gibbons Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 Sweet! Love the old Studebakers. Another independent we need more models of. (Moebius???)
Greg Cullinan Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 This is totally cool in my book . Johan? snap or glue? just curious as I have a snap.
Chuck Most Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 That's it! This one's just been bumped to my 'must build' list.
Sixties Sam Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 VERY nice update of an old classic! It's nice to see some unusual models being built, especially when they're done as well as your Lark! Excellent work! Sam
fastram Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 SMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTH! Beautiful slick build. Just enough. I Like It!
