Jon Cole Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 sounds like the 1/12 Mustang is it. The only announcement. ...for all-new tooling. There is apparently some reissues. The list on the other site sounds vague. Hope someone gets a factual list and maybe some pics!
Harry P. Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Will someone be reporting whats NEW ,I sure hope so! I'm sure there will be plenty of posts about it here Saturday and Sunday (the show is open only to hobby industry people Thursday and Friday, open to the public Saturday and Sunday). Bill Coulter is the "official" MCM eyes and ears at the show, and his report will run in an upcoming issue of the magazine. Thanks for the pizza tonight, Bill! It was good!
Mr mopar Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Just looked at some pic and it looks like not much comming out for 2011, do we really need a 1/12 mustang not! roadrunner and his rail spliter ,wile coyote 33 willy's and a tall t and a custom gremlin, all boring stuff.
billb Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Checked out the Facebook page of a member over at Spotlight, and it sure looks like nothing new, and a handful of re-releases... Pics are mostly old news releases from past year... BB
shucky Posted October 22, 2010 Author Posted October 22, 2010 Yes, Joe We should be getting there around noon on Friday. Set up for the vending area starts at 5 pm . Hopefully that will go smooth ! We are really looking forward to this ! Stop and see us on Saturday , always nice to put a face to a name from MCM . Donn Donn cool you'll be there, I'll be on the lookout for you. I've not met anyone from the MCM forum before..it would be neat to get more members together at the same time. I should bring a MCM sign I'm into all sorts of things so the expo is a blast for me, I do not just look at plastic kit releases. There are tools, air brushes, r/c everything, die cast, etc, etc. And, it's also a place to meet owners and reps from so many hobby related companies + plenty of great vendors.
Joe Handley Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 I'll be spending most of Saturday at booth 2502, which is where we (the Suburban Chicago Rock Crawlers ) will have crawling exhibition going on and wandering around as well as the occasional crawling session on Friday. I'll be the big guy with glasses, a full beard and will probably be wearing a grey SCRC shirt on Saturday and a dark blue HobbyTown shirt on Friday.
tim boyd Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Interesting post over at spotlite. Two pros visit the show and can't remember seeing anything interesting. Greg, I did not visit the show, I was working at my job Thursday. The information that I posted was emailed to me from a contact at Revell. TIM

Did you make Bill our "roving reporter"? Did you give him a fedora with a "PRESS" card tucked in the headband?
ian ashton Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 I think my dad and I will be heading over on Sunday, I haven't been since I was a kid!

Guest Johnny Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 Sure wish I could have made it up there! Haven't been to one in a long time! Had planned for it but have a bad tire on the car that needs replaced. That kind of eats up my fun money for this month! Matbe next year!
route66modeler Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 Hi joe, Is play-it-again repoping the 1/16 petty charger kit? Thanks for the photos. Steve
