Harry P. Posted December 31, 2010 Author Posted December 31, 2010 The car is a 1954 Denzel 1500S. It used VW components and was supposed to be a competitor to Porsche. More info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denzel_%28automobile%29 Who got it right (not many!): Stasch Modelmartin trogdor Badluck13 Junkman
Harry P. Posted December 31, 2010 Author Posted December 31, 2010 ok... you may be right that the car I used is the prototype... but it IS a 1954 Denzel, and Denzels were production cars. And if you look at the photos on the site you linked to, all the other cars look very much alike except the one you posted, which looks completely different than the ones that came before and came after. Something is fishy here...
sjordan2 Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 (edited) The Denzel wasn't German, Hungarian, Czech, Moldavian, Vulcan or Monegasque. It was Austrian. Edited December 31, 2010 by sjordan2
Harry P. Posted January 1, 2011 Author Posted January 1, 2011 The Denzel wasn't German, Hungarian, Czech, Moldavian, Vulcan or Monegasque. It was Austrian. Yup. Just like Ahhhnold...
W-409 Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 I was thinking of somekind of Honda or Toyota, I can't remember anymore... Well, I must try to guess next one right. This was a car that I have never seen... And it's good, because that is very ugly car, I think.
