kerc Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 My original idea was to make this Monaco look somewhat Pro Touring, but the original results actually made it look like a donk...Not my cup of tea, but I never got back to redoing that part of the model, until today... This is it before: * shudders * Here is it today: I gotta say, a definite improvement.
Jared Roach Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 Very nice! I've acually have had a plan to get one of these and do a similer treatment to it, with either a 5.7 or 6.2 hemi. Awesome looking build.
Reeves Racing Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 That's what I'm talkin' about. Nice save, looks like a real car now and not a toy. I have to say the color, stance and wheels all look terrific.
davyou5 Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 Actually the Wheels are very Appealing to the Car! Great Job! .
george 53 Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 Nice job, Jose! Perfect example of just HOW much difference the wheels can make on a car. Same car, smaller wheels, BOOM! It looks GREAT! Nice job, very nice.
cruz Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 Very cool bro! What color and paint is that? I am loving it!!!
kerc Posted January 1, 2011 Author Posted January 1, 2011 Very cool bro! What color and paint is that? I am loving it!!! Thanks guys! Marcos, that's an old Duplicolor rattlecan color, I don't even know if it's a Chrysler color!
ian ashton Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 That's a huge improvement! Those original wheels just weren't right. I think polished Americans would look great on anything, perfect choice!
TheCat Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 The new wheels does give it a much better look. I also like the engine detail you did. Excellent work.
mrmike Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 Those Chrome T's make a huge difference! Looks great!

Chuck Most Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 Very cool update, kind of has a Euro flavor to it, too.

walt francis Posted January 11, 2011 Posted January 11, 2011 Now that is the perfect stance on that bad boy ...PERFECT !!!
57peppershaker Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 Just found this, looks fantastic ! What are the wheels & tyres from ? Any other mods ? I built one similar years back (colour coded bumpers ect) in white. Was gonna rebuild it as a cop car, but might change my mind, looking at your Monaco.
