Foxer
That frame seems to fit nicely in the body.
thumper86
yeah I had to bend the hoop to fit the body contour ,was not fun but I am really loving it now lol. Edited March 28, 2011 by thumper86
sjordan2
Which kit is this? Entex 1/16? PS: I saw one build of it where the builder had made the spaceframe white; this is probably because early factory prototype photos showed it that way in order to highlight its structure to the press. Production models had black spaceframes. I have tons of info on Gullwings. feel free to PM me with any questions or reference needs. And that's a significant chunk of bodywork missing from the rear quarter windows and fenders. Do you have something special in mind? mikemodeler
That is going to be a different ride to be sure! I worked at a MB dealer in high school and the owner had an all original Gull Wing that was valued at $500,000 and that was 30 years ago. There were only 3 people allowed to drive that car (and I wasn't one of them) due to the rarity and value. I would think a Viper V-10 would look good under that hood, that or a 572! pharr7226
This is a great concept. The long nose lends itself to a promod. The cage is brilliant as always. I love it! Go with it Thumper.
