Slapfight Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Ugh, I'll never understand why "Eleanor" Mustangs are so popular. Anyway, pay no attention to the questionable body work on this RX-7, just listen.
SpitShineTommy Posted July 29, 2011 Author Posted July 29, 2011 Ugh, different strokes for different folks????? There is a joke with in that video.... that rx7 sounds awesome!
W-409 Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 This is great video! '63 Pontiac LeMans, and some Twinturbos... And other video from that same car... Other one... "Fastest Streetcar in the world"- Larry Larson's Nova
JesseJames Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 (edited) I haven't really heard of anyone talking about this yet... I really love how the body lines are Bmw M coupeish and the front end styled like the 458! Also being the first four wheel drive product Ferrari has produced.. So different on many levels. Joe Handley Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 Here's some more I actually know the guy who's doing the driving for this video, he said that he was spinning the tires into 4th gear...... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wYHDmE2RZE&feature=mfu_in_order&list=UL and this thing is streetable and has since broken into the 8's
FASTBACK340 Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 Ken Block is my hero. Nascar is boring.... Drag racing just reaction...... Formula one is too proper. Now Rally drivers, they need a wheel barrow to haul around certain sections of their anatomy because they're HUGE and made of steel. Watching Ken parallel-park at 90 MPH is amazing.....
Draggon Posted August 2, 2011 Posted August 2, 2011 Those rotarys sound out of this world, however, my favorite is the awesome sound of the BRM V-16. It gets real good at 3:40 and 6:00

SuperStockAndy Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 .... Drag racing just reaction...... Not meant in a rude way, but drag racing is much more than reaction time. You have to get your shifts perfect, you need your suspension set up right too. And how are you guys inserting videos??!!! If I copy the link all it shows is a hot link!

SuperStockAndy Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 Those cars rely much more on the clutch than suspension anyhow.
935k3 Posted August 5, 2011 Posted August 5, 2011 (edited) I like this one. The difference in speed between the classes is scary sometimes. I miss that full 3.5 mile straight away. Edited August 5, 2011 by 935k3
Greg Myers Posted August 8, 2011 Posted August 8, 2011 Can you name the cars ? Can you name the locations?http://Shell "circuit" - Ferrari
