Yeah like everyone else has said awesome work, as usual I can not come up with anything original just that your work blows me away and how fast your pace is, can not wait to see this one done, which should be next week!!LOL

Hello......I decided that I want a 2 n` 1 version of the this "Mercury Rising"......it will be a convertible roadster or a "Bubble Top".......I started construction on the bubble top......I used the bubble top from the re-release of the Monogram `58 Thunderbird........I cut the bubble in 1/2......it`s in the rough stages but, I will shape and fit to the body......thank`s for looking.

I'm lovin it...actually I'm in the planning stages of a very simular work....recently picked up a 51 chevy convert I will be building full custom. Ive been wondering how to build a good looking tonneau, I think you're idea is spot on. I really look foward to seeing this one as it progresses. Good work, keep us posted!

Hello......not much of a progress......this bubble top was a pain....... and I still need to put a front lip on it and a few adjustment`s........I will work on the door hinges tonight......thank`s for looking.

Here I am chiming in late as usual. I'm learning something new with every picture John. What are you going to use for a motor? Jet, Turbine, Hemi, Twin Six-Bangers Side X Side, Hamster in a REALLY big wheel?

Joe......I think this time I`m going to use a Electric Hybrid engine......because of all the high gas prices now day`s.

Hello......I got the door`s and trunk hinged....... and did some work on the door jam`s ......just need to do a little sanding and shaping.......I`ll work on the chassis tonight.......thank`s for looking.

I liked it better before the bubble top but it sure is looking good.

Jim......yes,it probably doe`s look better without the bubble top........but,I am making this a 2 n` 1 conversion.......with and without the bubble top......thank`s.
