Thx. guys, much appreciated. Feels like i'm finnaly getting somewhere lol. I got the motor plate done today and the turbos assembled, In the 3rd picture is where i'm pretty sure they are going to go. Or i may mount them like mike Moran has them on his new stang, Starting the header flanges tommarrow.

it is for sure an extremely hard thing thing you are attempting joe. those headers are going to be "tight". i was wondering if solder in this instance would be a better choice? either way, i have to tell you this thing is smokin'!!!!!!!

Headers look good... If you dont like the look you could run the headers down low like a NOS/NA car and turn the hot side of the turbo downward, it should also be easier for you to match both sides that way.

Dam, that is a good idea. Be alot easier to make them all same length, I will see how the other side goes tonight then go from there.

Thx. Bart, I have pictures of that car. Well this headers 3.0 or maybe 5.0, i forget i lost track, These darn things have been kicking my butt. This is what i came up with should look decent when painted up, I think for my first car like this i bit off more than i could chew lol. Gonna finish up the lower half of the passenger side tommarrow. Let me know what you think, if they don't look good please tell me i'm looking for constructive feedback.

Joe the build looks FREAKING amazing!!!

couple of constructive things on the turbo placement.

Mainly you would have a tough time getting clean fresh air on the inlet side. If you look at the picture of the real car you posted you'll see the turbo is rotated a bit so the air intake is at about a 45 degree angle. I would guess it's drawing fresh air through a scoop on the hood someplace. Connect the elbow right to the header collector and rotate the flange the turbo bolts to about 45 degrees... by shorting the pipe you should have enough room for a short exhaust pipe / outlet pipe.

sometimes on drag cars you'll see the headers routed forward putting the turbo right behind the grill. Or flip the header putting the turbo almost over the valve covers. the intake will stick out of the hood and everthing else falls into place from there. I"ll see if I can find some pictures. Just a couple of ideas. The build looks freaking AWESOME

Thx. for the feedback guys, Here's where i'm at now. These are the 2 different positions i'm looking at, I like position #2 in pic #3 and #4 because it would be really easy to do the plumbing, But with the position in pic #1 and pic#2 i can put intakes in the hood, I bought some of those naca ducts to put in the hood area. but the exhaust will be hard to do because it will need a 90 to exit.

Thx. Man i appreciate it, Alot of guys mount the turbos like that and i read they say with the amount of power they make the turbos don't have to be in the fresh air to make power.

personally joe, i liked where you were at with them here. (SEE PIC ABOVE)

since you've changed, i like #3 & #4.

are you going with a front or rear air entry on the intake joe?

Thx. Guys, Dave, I think i can sneak the tube up from the turbo to the middle to rear section of the hood if i decide to and use those ducts.

joe those turbos don't need an opening to the hood. personetts car doesn't have them. they don't come awhole lot faster than that. i was referring to the pressurized air tubes from the turbos and whether they'll go to the front or rear of the intake manifold.

Oh, i misunderstood you. I'm going to the rear of the intake and either doing 1 or 2 throttle bodies, well at least that's the plan lol.
