sjordan2 Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 I can't tell what you're doing without some commentary on images.
Greg Pugh Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Ummmmm.....opening doors and the deck lid.......
Dr. Cranky Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 Sweet detailing on that dash board. This Caddy is going to really stand out. I can feel it. Nice going, now keep it going.
Deathgoblin Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 The dash looks really nice. Keep up the good work.
ll Brandon ll Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 Ok, my jaw just dropped. How the heck do ylou do that?!? That detailing is insane! I also love that color combo.

LDO Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 Where did you get the air conditioner? Is it in the kit or an aftermarket piece? (I'm looking at tiny pics on my cell phone)
Varol Posted October 21, 2012 Author Posted October 21, 2012 Where did you get the air conditioner? Is it in the kit or an aftermarket piece? (I'm looking at tiny pics on my cell phone) I made it myself, i drew in Coral Draw and i printed on chrome foil.
LDO Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 I made it myself, i drew in Coral Draw and i printed on chrome foil. Nifty! I'll bet you could trade some of those off in the Swap section of this website. That air conditionerr is really impressive.
Erik Smith Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 (edited) I made it myself, i drew in Coral Draw and i printed on chrome foil Very impressive work. Clean and beautiful. Now, about this printing on foil...how did that work? Regular printer? We had a thread awhile back about this so I ran some tests from my HP inkjet onto BMF and the ink wouldn't dry - it just rubbed off. Any tips? Edited October 21, 2012 by Erik Smith
sjordan2 Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 Outstanding work. I am also interested to know how you printed on foil without smearing.
Varol Posted October 21, 2012 Author Posted October 21, 2012 Thanks for all the comments, i usually produce the chrome parts on the model myself. I use Corel Draw and some other programs for the drawing part, and I use plotter for making chrome foil stickers. Some examples below :
crazyrichard Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 awsome !! that interiour is so tastefull and realistic
Erik Smith Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 I use plotter for making chrome foil stickers. Very ingenious. Plotter - so, like a vinyl cutter? I have always thought those coil be useful but never thought of cutting foil. Great.
Captain Obvious Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 You had me at "Cadillac". Looks fantastic, and that interior is unbelievable!
bryan_m Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 beautiful work! the dash and interior look great, and im amazed how you printed that stuff on foil! cheers bryan
