Ron W. Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 The nicest 59 build I've ever seen. Nice work, and attention to detail !
Maindrian Pace Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 I agree, a spectacular build of the most proportionate Skyliner of the three years. -MJS
moparfarmer Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Very Very nice and clean. You've done a super job.......

bbowser Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 Please add another WOW! Great job, love the color combo and the extra bits under the hood. Very convincing.
Dominik Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Love it! The colors, the clean built - perfect done.
Mike Kucaba Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Super nice build. How about scratch building the fitted luggage for the container in the trunk.?
'08SEAL Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Sometimes I think you guys have die-cast but then I realise that they are models. Good job
Bluzboy66 Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 You've encouraged me to take a stab at this kit. I love the car, but wondered if the kit would build up nice. You NAILED IT!......especially that wacky rear hatch/hinge arrangement. NICE. Mike
Edsel-Dan Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 (edited) Definitely a beauty!! I have several of these to play with, including 2 Original issues to restore! My first was a 74/5 Yellow issue. Can't believe all the complaints I see about this kit after building that first one Way back!! I was 13-14 at the time!! (then I also have built several of the 1962 tool Revell 57 Chevy's ,& the other Tri-5's from that tooling with NO problems!) I'm restoring the first built (I only painted the white on the body, and some trim[bMF did not exist then anyway!]) My second all I did was repaint the white, and when Rev first offered the "Skip's" issue, I started a Major build. That one will have Continental spare & opening Doors too!! I want the US SSP reissue to go with my RoG 50th Anniversary issue!!!! Gald they put the Stock Hubcaps back in the box!! Where did you get the center emblems for them?? I would love to add those to 1 or 2 of My Skyliners. (or any opf my other 59 FoMoCo's!!) Edited December 12, 2011 by Edsel-Dan
