Casey Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 Who cares if it's rare? Kits are made to be built. Nice attitude. No, it's not rare, and IMHO, there's more value in having and building it than to trying to sell it.
crazyjim Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 Yeah Casey. That's how I meant it. You said it better.
Rob Hall Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 I'd still like to see Revell tool up (even a curbside) Nomad version of their modern-tool '57, or how about a Safari?

Mike Kucaba Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 Funny. All the original poster asked was is it rare.
moparmagiclives Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 Funny. All the original poster asked was is it rare. And you still didn't answer him
Darin Bastedo Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 to answer the question, No it isn't at all rare.
Mike Kucaba Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 And you still didn't answer him And your answer was.... No it is not rare, as Darin stated
Scott Colmer Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 Excellent job Frank on that Harry Bradley design. I've heard it called ugly. This one looks beautiful to me. I also agree with the build them crowd. Scott
moparmagiclives Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 And your answer was.... No it is not rare, as Darin stated I didn't, it was already done Just messin with you Mike
'08SEAL Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 Who cares if it's rare? Kits are made to be built. DEE-I-TEE-TEE-OH
Eshaver Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 It could have been one of the old Monogram 57's . They're identifyable as the roof sits a might tall. The front end of the Revell kit isn't all that accurate and it has opening pieces . Thats one way to tell. Either way, both kits show up on lists semi regularly. I too wish someone would take the time to do an accurate stock replica as no one ever mastered that one ....... Ed Shaver

Ed Shaver You can make a decent one by combining the Revell 56 Nomad with Revell 57 Belair...
Amp3r3z Posted January 25, 2012 Author Posted January 25, 2012 Wow thats nice... Got my hands on the kit and I opened it up!
Lunajammer Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 Have fun Arturo. It's not only not rare but a re-release of it is still on store shelves. I built it and I don't recall any troubles at all. Hope we get to see it when you're done.
