Hey Luis - if it ain't shiny, I don't even want to look at it. Just kiddiing. I can appreciate the work people go through to achieve a rusty, crusty finish, but I've been trying for over 50 years to get a shiny paint job and I'm not going to quit.

Wipers painted body color? And no mirrors, either inside or out? :blink:

i wasnt about to try my luck putting that dinky mirror on, i hate rearview mirrors in general none of my models have them

A black vinyl top with BMF trim at the base will fix your roof boo boo. Will also be the clone of my 396 / 375 bought brand new then-except I had the SS wheels. :)

I watched every episode of "Overhaulin' " that I could and one thing I noticed: Chip Foose NEVER put the mirrors back on the doors!

Well, somebody better do it if the car was supposed to be street-legal.

heres the roof before with the damage made visible

attempt one was a massive fail, in theory the testors is supposed to be "hot" to the spray glue it is but i sprayed it too light

it only worked on a small part but because i sprayed too light, 2nd attempt was a success
