Their was a resin conversion from All American Models for the Back to the Future kit. It does come up on ebay every now and then. This is what you get.

I vaguely remember seeing a die cast I guess about 1999 in a Toy s maybe is us . It may have been a Welly as i remember S A telling the readers that one was announced ............... Ed Shaver

I recall seeing such a kit too--seems like it was in the $200 range when I spotted it on eBay several years ago. Wish I'd made a note of the info. IIRC it was styrene.

it's not impossible to strip the time machine stuff off a Aoshima BTTF kit. here's mine

for some reason i built the chassis for it. it's almost a model in its own right.
