Monty Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 I must've missed a build-up segment. How'd you get it to sit so low? Turned out nice, BTW!
ewaskew Posted April 19, 2012 Author Posted April 19, 2012 Thanks for all the comments everyone. Heres some replies to some of the comments. I didn't write up that it is the Revell kit Street Burner As for the Bumper colors they were dechromed, sanded smooth then painted with Tamiya Gunmetal then gloss coated. As for the ride height I cut the front molded axles and dropped it where I wanted it and glued them back on with them on the tire and rim. I left the rear end the way it came in the kit. I did a few WIP'S in under glass but not a lot of details were wrote up on it. I didn't want to do a lot of WIP post then loose interest in the build. I'll post more detail photos with what was done now that I'm finished with it later on.
seeker589 Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 Nice clean build. Great stance! Thanks for sharing!
Grumpa Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Great looking "SS". I wish I could black to lay down as nice as what you have done.
