Ramfins59 Posted July 6, 2012 Posted July 6, 2012 Hey Michael... I think your truck looks a lot better in person... LOL. I finally finished the one that I painted while I was down visiting Tom and you back in April & May. I'll be posting pictures of it, and the '58 Buick that I finished, as soon as I can get my new computer to cooperate and load up the pictures from my digital camera. Stay well buddy.
Casey Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Are those wheels from the Revell '64 Chevy Impala 2'n1 kit? Nice work.

TooOld Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 That's really cool ! The custom touches are very subtle and look great ! The satin finish really makes it stand out .
george 53 Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Micheal, those truck lines are SO iconic that it's hard to improve on them UNLESS you go all out custom on them, EXCEPT YOURS! The mods are so tastefully done that they flow with the original lines of the truck, not TOO much, an just enough to make it all work! VERY nicely done Micheal, It shows GREAT taste in styleing! Just enough, not too much! GREAT build!!!!!

Just enough, not too much! GREAT build!!!!! Thanx man. I did try not to go all out on this truck, but I wanted all the kustom's subtle. From the Indian blanket seat cover,to the moter,to the body drop, to the smoothed rear end , I built this the way I think some one would want to drive it.. Some time's thing's come together, then again they go side way's too fast to catch.. But to let all of you know, I am having a blast doing this shtuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Michaelj...
jcbigpaw Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 I still have not seen this movie but compared to pics of the movie truck YOURS LOOKS BETTER! I love it. Nice clean finish. Hope you don't mind if I use a few of your ideas on a panel I've got waiting in line. Keep up the good work
