It looks like a Duplicolor paint I have as well. It's one of those Spectracolor three can sets. I'm going to be using mine soon.

Yes i know the flakes are a bit big but i just had to see what it would look like

The paint is a tamiya laquer called lame flake its for the lexan clear R/C bodys

I have done it on a race boat commission but the bloke that i did it for crashed

it and sank it so no pics

.........."Dare to be Different" as said in the street rod scene,big flakes? why not?!?!?!,I think it looks cool,I remember back in the mid

70's at a car show was a '71-'73 Pinto with a "Heavy" flake paint on it and I remember the flakes were huge to the point the guy had a sign that said "Please do not touch,yes the paint feels rough as it looks"........Doobie,she looks great....

I dig the flakes,,its different,,kindof reminds me of some of those old AMF bowling ball finishes,,or like someone else said,,dune buggy finishes. Id hit it with just a "hazing" of Lime Green Metalflk,,so you could still see the main paint below it. Nice job,,,,S

Get some pics of that thing in the sun, I think its a great effect. Over the top, but thats what makes it great.

I would exept its packed away for a house move when i get sorted out i will
