Tom Kren Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 Well just finished it last night Revell kit,Pegasus wheels and added wires to engine rest box nothing fancy comments welcomed!
Randy Kern Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 Wow, very nice and clean. I like that color, too. It looks like the orchid color '65 Chevy's had. Beautiful build, and perfect stance!
mikelo Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 Looks great! Nice & clean. What color is that? Nice color combo and stance.
patrol52 Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 That really looks good. I have one of those kits, and the only things I dislike about it are the stock wheels and the fog lights under the bumper. Those wheels and brakes look really at home on that car! Good job!
cruz Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 That is one gorgeous build man, very clean and nicely painted, those rims really make it pop!!!!!!!!!!!!
m3m Posted August 22, 2007 Posted August 22, 2007 that is cool! great build! i love the paint! one question, what kind of paint is that? i see it change color, on the fenders,(front and back) is this the paint or am i seeing things?
Peter Lombardo Posted August 22, 2007 Posted August 22, 2007 Tom, very nice clean car there. I really like your choice of color, wheels and disk brakes. I see your hood fits fine, which I had a tough time with on my build of that car. Good job. One small thing though, consider the placement of the brake calibers as they are in the wrong spots, (I think). Did you secure them or are they free to rotate? Looking at the two shots of the rear wheels, each side of the car, the calibers are in different positions. Minor point on a very well done build.

They are glued on i didnt even see that i had trouble getiing the wheels on the fit right when i test fitted them and when i put the glue on they didnt fit weird but thaks for pointing that out! The paint is from dupli-Color and i cant remember the name of it sorry I will have to find out.
Tom Kren Posted August 23, 2007 Author Posted August 23, 2007 Thanks for all the comments on the build glad ya liked it!
