i got me a 1/24 yamaha YZR-M1

with the decals for the GP of france, 15 may 2005

im pretty impressed with this (its my first heller kit) and it comes with white, clear and rubber parts, waterslide decals and........valentino rossi

not sure if ill build it with him on it or not or if ill use it as an excuse to buy a pickemuptruck to put it on

The Revell was my first Camaro build in those colors.

Body was warped (i was young) and then it had a Engine fire

Yesterday I picked up a revell 66 GTO at Michael's

and a 2004 ZO6 at H/L both on clearance.

And today I scored a 66 Impala and a new friend at Hobby Lobby.

(always print two coupons and share)

This guy was a disabled Vietnam Vet

on a fixed income. I think I made his day with a simple coupon.

also scored the last three cans of Model Master Evening Orchid that I could find on

ebay.

I think I better cool it for the rest of the weekend... Running outta mad money!

I went to hobby lobby to take advantage of the sale

65 Mustang 2+2 for 6.50 apiece and they have a sweet selection of paints coming in and marking down.

I got some Humbrol primer, varnish and "Baltic Blue" for the Corvette,

Some 6mm Tamiya masking tape cost £5 !!!!! but its tamiya i guess

A new pair of nippers as mine had gone blunt

And i got a load of aluminium wire and steel wire from a friend to make some painting stands outta..

The plastic the vett' was moulded in is blue, but the color i bought is a really nice metallic blue..

Got this at the flee market for $9. Not what I normally buy, but I remember building one when I was little and thought it might be fun to do it again.

This on the other hand is exactly what I would usually buy.

I got a couple Stevens Int'l reissues- AMT 27 T Police Car kit, and Mount 'N Goat Jeep Commando at Tuesday Morning for $9.99 each. They also had a Lil Mixer show rod that I didn't get.
