Yes, Bought them off ebay about 2 weeks ago exactly as shown . The promo I have no interest to keep ( already re-listed it )

I've been on the lookout for 1963 Johan Dodge kits / builders for a while. And they seem to typically pull more $$$$ than I'm willing to spend. But this one wasn't to bad on the wallet.. I paid about $80 for the pair, What I end up having in it ???,,, depends on what the promo re-sells for.

this one gives me 2 kits/builders. 1st one I bought a looooong time ago and I think I paid $35 for it back then.

nice. wish i'd a bought thte 6 or 7 i had in my hands over the years. i will never learn!

Going to restore the nova convertible, and do some updates on the 76 Nova, it already has an Ls6 engine, so I'll finish the pro touring touches! Has real nice paint also...

Thats an lt1 or Lt4 or 5...

not an ls engine anyways.

Got a revell 40 ford and the tony nancy double kit.

You are right, didn't look close enough, and I had a 94 Impala SS for 4 years, so I definitely know what the difference is! Thanks for the correction, I need to get my eyes checked!

New-Used rubber for free. Happy to see it without the jeep wheels/tires. (yes it needs more sidewall, thinking a 75 series sidewall when I buy a new set)

And well this. pretty much bought it for the box, got it for a steal, it's unbuilt. Missing instructions and decals though.

I got poked in the eye at the doctors yesterday, blurry vision in my right eye, blocked blood vessel. First of many treatments to get swelling to go down to see if surgery can fix it.

On a good note, visited local HobbyLobby last week, I got (2) Revell 2010 Mustang's, (2) Revell 1969 Camaro rs/ss z-28's, Revell 1968 Mustang, and one Revell 1966 Impala all on clearence.

WRONG COLORS.It's supposed to be GREEN AND WHITE. :D

The only thing I'd dump in U of M's parking lot is a load of manure.

Nah, in all reality, as long as a Michigan team wins, it's all good. But if it's a face-off between A2 and Lansing, I'm gonna root for the Spartans. :D

My niece is the golf coach over there. What's his name Sparky? He was at her wedding reception a few years ago and did a cheer.

After scoring a built AMT 29 Sedan kit off of E-bay I won a Johan Maverick kit today. The Sedan arrived and is very nice. Barely any glue and on the body is lightly brush painted.

I've always wanted to hit garage sales to see if I could hit a kit or two every now and then, but reeeeaaaalllllyyyy hate getting up early on Saturdays. Well, today I was up earlier as my daughter had a friend over and headed out to a sports card show. On the way home I slowed down for a couple of garage sales I saw, but they didn't look promising so I didn't stop. Then I saw an estate sale sign. Never been real comfortable with those, and have only been to two ever. But, for some reason, after passing it by, I decided to turn around an check it out.

Walk in, turn to the right, and first room was a kids room, looking as though after the kid grew up they just left the room as is. A room full of '70s/'80s stuff, and right there on the closet shelf sat exactly what I would hope to find, an original 1972 1/16 Gene Snow "Snowman" Charger funny car kit. Opened it up, looks to all be there, except the tires have melted. There was even a bottle of model cement, with its .21 cent price tag on it. Some minor assembly had been started, but nothing that can't be fixed and cleaned up. Instructions, decals, box in untorn very good to excellent condition all there. Heck, there was even a pocket knife in the box that I found when I got it home. $5.

In addition, there was another kit I did not recognize, and MPC Howmet TX Turbine Road Racer. Box a bit crushed but in fair condition and everything seems to be there. I will check for sure later. Some minor assembly started, but most parts still on trees. Again, $5.

I may never have such luck again, so am really appreciating my $10 bounty today. Figure I will inventory the Howmet TX and try to sell it.

Thanks for the read.

Went to North East Street rod Nationals today, and scored these 3 sealed '55 Chevy Pro Sportsman's for $12.00! I told the guy I'd take all three for $4.00 each. He said " Sure " using 1 trading the other 2 or selling on ebay! Deals like this don't come on that often!
