FAST442 Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 I've heard talk about a supreme hardtop coming for the Revell conv. kit, has anyone produced it yet???
mikemodeler Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 Not yet, but there is always the chance that someone will have it available soon.
FAST442 Posted January 2, 2013 Author Posted January 2, 2013 Thanks, guess I'll just cup up a monte carlo model then!!!
Casey Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 we are on the last streTch of making our master! Which hardtop will it be? The fastback or formal roof?
66belair Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 I would love to see a Supreme, you the could build a SX version also.I would be in for at least 2 or 3.
FAST442 Posted January 3, 2013 Author Posted January 3, 2013 Awesome, sign me up for a couple. Fastback would be nice too, so I can finally stop getting ripped on those old Johan kits!!
kevin Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 Currently we are doing the formal roof......i may do something with a fastback but wonder about it since we can still buy the johans
FAST442 Posted January 3, 2013 Author Posted January 3, 2013 Kevin, I think as long as you keep the price at or below the average for a Johan kit it would sell. The only thing you use from the Johan kit are the body and bumpers. Id be in for a couple fastbacks and a post coupe would be even better. You could cast the post coupe and if you wanted a hardtop Fastback, all you would have to do is cut out the posts and vent Windows!!
Edsel-Dan Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 I would love to see a Vista Cruiser version. I would even get another H/O issue to use for it. Indy had 2 of them As H/O' for Doctors at the track!!! Not somethinng you see. A Hurst/Old Indy Pace car Station Wagon!!!!!!!
Casey Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Currently we are doing the formal roof......i may do something with a fastback but wonder about it since we can still buy the johans I can only speak for myself, but I would rather pay for a fastback body, interior parts, rear "glass", and rear spoiler as a package to be used with the Revell kit than buy the old Johan kit. My Fred Cady Rallye 350 decals need a good home!

cortinanut Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Another plea here for a Vista Cruiser--pleeeeaase!!!
Edsel-Dan Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Need Plans/Measurements/Measured drawings to attempt that!!!!!!! I ask for those on Fire trucks all the time, and everyone says, 'I make that ion resin, I can't sell it to you if I let you have a copy of the plans!' Sadly, unless I win the lottery (Mega Millions or Powerball) I will Never be Able to Afford the resin!! Unemployment Stinks!!!!!
