gasser59 Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 WOW!! This is a great thread and I've always loved the roadsters. I have plenty of supply to build one or two and I'm going to build one just to contribute to this fun thread. Post more if you've got 'em.
Mike 1017 Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 This was an in between build. I am not a Pickup fan but a $2.00 Flea Market find could not be passed up.
DrKerry Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 A lot of nice stuff here everyone. Liking yours a lot Jim!!!!!
awhitegt Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 Here's a couple of older builds. The teal car is a Monogram conversion on a Replicas and Miniatures metal frame. I used a Boss 429 from a Glidden kit. The red car is from a Revelle kit. More of a quickie build.
Pete L. Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 (edited) Fellas, How about something from the "way back era" ? Looks like this can be built from the old Monogram "Duece" kit that's been around forever...and in the far lane we have, Monograms '29 Model "A" perhaps ? First pic is the original, the next two are of the restored car... Edited September 26, 2013 by Pete L.

OK guys...here are a couple of shots of the Dennis Caudell and Tim Boyd A/SR dragsters that were brought to and displayed together at the NNL Nats #34 in Toledo, Ohio, a few weekends ago. Plenty more pix of drag cars (and lotsa other stuff) at the link.... http://public.fotki.com/funman1712/model-car-events-co/2013-nnl-nationals-34/ TIM
