Mercman Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 60 Ford Sunliner. I started with a mint kit. The real car. The model.
bbowser Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 Great model. Nice clean job on the foil. I like it a lot!
slusher Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 Sweet looking build, very clean build, very nice work....
realgone58 Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 Came out nice! Love seeing these old kit done up right!
Lovefordgalaxie Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 Yes, a kit from when they knew what they where doing!!!! Looks awesome.
Sixties Sam Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 Very nice! It's good to see those old kits being built instead of hoarded. Sam
Chuck Most Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 Looks a lot better as a built model than a bunch of raw plastic castings in a box, doesn't it?
Mercman Posted March 11, 2013 Author Posted March 11, 2013 (edited) Very nice! It's good to see those old kits being built instead of hoarded. SamThis was a commission job for a client. he bought the model, and had me do it. However I have had some older ones myself that I have built over the years. I used to collect with the thought of selling them later, but run out of room. Now I build what I buy, doesn't matter the age. Still have a few older kits I am looking for, and when I get them I will build them. Edited March 11, 2013 by Mercman
rmvw guy Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 Nice model and you made the value on the un-built kits go up for collectors with one less to worry about. This is the one I tried to buy in 1960 but, they were all out so I got an Edsel instead.
Dr. Cranky Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 Great job, Junior. Thanks for feeding us some good eye candy.
TooOld Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 That looks really nice ! I love these cars and you did an excellent job on this one .
